The brief
The service covers the full daily-rental cycle. Booking, payment through Octobank and Atmos, and the TTLock smart-lock code delivered to the guest over Telegram — with an SMS fallback through Eskiz when there is no messenger. Uzbek specifics are handled separately: guest data and the arrival form for E-mehmon, automatic tourist-tax calculation from the base rate per night, utility-bill tracking and net profit in the analytics. Listing platforms connect self-service over an iCal link.
