The brief
The client arrived with a working but heavy platform: thirty-five Java and Spring Boot services with process orchestration on Camunda, several frontends, bots, a receipt generator, and integrations with fiscalisation and a bank. We ran an architectural audit, assessed code quality service by service, produced line-level summaries and a one-month work plan for the eight-person remediation team. A separate item covered rotating the secrets hardcoded in the codebase.
